Tasty and easily digestible pizza, thanks to a dough that has been leavened and matured for over 24 hours. This innovative pizza has been inspired by the great classical varieties of the Neapolitan tradition. It can also be enjoyed as a “tasting”, which we offer in small and delicious slices.
We dedicate our research to the traditional concept of Italian pizza, making sure it is always modern and up to date. We tell the story of ancestral bread-making methods, top quality raw materials, a guaranteed supply chain that promotes the territory.
‘O Fiore Mio belongs to the Alliance between cooks and the Slow Food Presidium.
This Alliance is a great network of solidarity where cooks meet up to seal agreements with the Slow Food Presidium producers, and they are committed to cooking and enhancing their products.
The cooks of this Alliance combine the pleasure of creating great dishes with a responsibility towards the producers of the raw materials. All this leads to good food, which is also genuine, natural and wholesome. And not only: it is fair, bearing respect for those who produced, cultivated or bred it.
