For the third year running ‘O Fiore Mio Faenza is planning the “SERATE D’AUTUNNO” – Autumn Evenings. And this year’s subject? “STORIE DI PASTA MADRE” – Sourdough Stories. We shall start by celebrating the 3rd birthday of the Faenza Restaurant, and for the occasion, on 29th October, we will be welcoming one of Italy’s greatest master pizza chefs Beniamino Bilali, who has always been committed to researching and developing flours and new kinds of dough with the aim of enhancing the unique features of the sourdough starter to the utmost.

For dinner, you will be able to taste two of Beniamino’s pizzas, which will astound you for their goodness, lightness and easy to digest qualities as well as two of ‘O Fiore Mio’s pizzas including the one presented for the first time at Turin ‘s “Salone del Gusto” – The Ark of Taste, where the great heritage of Slow Food products of our territory are promoted.

We will be serving a wine that is a perfect match with pizza and which has been awarded with the much sought after “3 glasses” award in the prestigious guide of Italian wines published by Gambero Rosso: the Lambrusco di Vecchia Modena Premium by the historic winery Cantina Chiarli 1860. The price for the evening will be 22 Euros, and we will start serving at 9.15 pm.
