O’Fiore Mio’s Summer Menu is on its way into our restaurants: our great favourites meet up with those not-to-be-missed seasonal recipes for a pizza menu that will make your summer a very tasty one.
The new pizzas to try include Fiorn Fiorello, with fior di latte mozzarella, courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta, anchovies and grated cinnamon; Ceci e Baccalà (Chick peas and salt cured cod) with fior di latte mozzarella, chick pea puree, salt cured cod and red onion; Camera Sud, with fior di latte mozzarella, Sicilian vegetable “caponatina”, smoked ricotta and Pantelleria Oregano; then there is the Vegetariana d’Estate (Summer Vegetarian), topped with fior di latte mozzarella, steamed potatoes and green beans, fresh basil “pesto” and pecorino cheese, and much, much more
In fact, in Faenza our new dishes do not just include pizza: there is also a lot going on in the kitchen where at midday you can try Ricotta and spinach stuffed Tortelli, with parmesan butter and sage, Bigoli al torchio pasta with pesto alla Genovese, potatoes and green beans; a tasty Tuscan Panzanella salad, a fresh Caprese with tomato and fior di latte mozzarella and Veal Tonnato, which are all naturally served with green seasonal salad.

And that is not all: in addition to our tasty dishes, we have also updated our graphics for you, with a menu that is not only good enough to eat but even more beautiful to look at.
